Terms of service:

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read all the terms and conditions.➤ In the first message please say more than "Hello!" Get straight to the questions or point. This will help me to distinguish you from the bots and keep things faster;➤ Payment with full prepayment via:
> Ko-Fi (Preferable! I will send you a personal payment link. Accept bank cards)
> Stripe
> Wise
> T-Bank (for ru)
> Paypal**I do not have PayPal, you have to choose "Direct to bank" payment and I will send all needed info. It is like a regular card-to-card payment!
As a last resort, I can accept PayPal invoice payment through an intermediary, if you have problems with card payment. But it may cost extra!➤ Any payment plans will be discussed individually;➤ Deadline from 5 days to a month (depends on complexity and orders before your);➤ I will not work with just registered users and empty accounts due to the risk of scamming;➤ Be clear with your ideas and preferences. Anything that was not specified initially, I will clarify details with you first or I can do at my own discretion.
Unclear ideas / references may lead to paid edits (if you just wrote "character is standing" and after the send work you add new details to the pose like "raise his arm" this will be considered as edit);➤ Characters without visual reference/photos/arts will be considered as custom design order with extra charge, if it's not just a common animal/folklore/canon character etc;➤ Private arts (which I do not post on any socials) will cost extra. Post without mentioning you is free;➤ Otherwise I reserve the full right to publish finished works on my pages as examples of my work and for use in my portfolio. If the publication needs to be postponed (e.g. surprise gift), let me know in advance!

Stages of work:

> I will start drawing the sketch once the full payment is received (excluding payment plans);
> I send rough sketch. There may be up to 3 big* edits;
> Flatcolor stage. There may be up to 3 little* edits. I do not do any big* edits at flatcolor stage;
> Any changes to the drawing thereafter will be for extra charge (except if it's my own fault in character drawing);
> Color change at any time for free;
> I will send process at sketch, flatcolor and after edits;
> Sending the finished art as a PNG document. I do not do any edits at finished art after your approval.*Little edits: adding an accessory, change of emotion, etc.
*Big edits: anything related to significant / complete redrawing like pose, composition or big part of character (angle of head, wings, etc).

Refund policy:

I am rarely check other socials and may not answer right away!➤ Type of commission you want (for ex. full shading headshot with blurred forest (simple BG));➤ Your character reference sheet, arts or photo (characters without visual reference will be considered as custom design order with extra charge , if it is not just a common animal/folklore/canon character or etc);➤ (If taken complex BG) description and preferably photo reference;➤ Any wishes, moodboards, info about your character or description of what do you want (pose, emotion, atmosphere, etc).
Or you can give me full freedom, based on your character's character and brief background. But in this case, do not tell me later that this is not what you wanted, please;➤ I will send you a personal link to Ko-fi for paying (preferable!) or the payment details (Paypal* / Stripe/ Wise / T-Bank). I work only after full prepayment.
